There’s vitality to be gained when you embrace your creativity. You know it!
As a reader, when you are deep in the world of a book, your imagination fully engaged, don’t you feel energized? A level of life rushing through you that’s higher than “normal?”
And that’s just “2nd-hand” creativity. It’s even more energizing when the inspiration comes through you. The form your expression of this inspiration takes, dictates the creative result.
Let’s say the inspiration is that very same energizing book. You might make up a song with that inspiration, or write your own story. You might cook a meal, scrub a floor, or organize a closet. When that outflow is a direct extension of the inflow, it brings you to life! That is creativity!
