Those of you who’ve read The Curse of the Neverland will be happy to know I’ve been working away on book 2.
When I’m writing, it’s a bit like walking through a forest—I can’t see the forest for the trees. I have tools to deal with that, and that’s where I am now: trying to sort through what’s there in the manuscript, what’s missing, and so forth. In the meantime, I CAN see the trees, and some of them are quite nice!
Which is a long and and oblique way of saying while I don’t yet know if I have a BOOK, I do have some cool chapters. I decided I’d like to give you this book 2 preview chapter today. Don’t yet know if it will make the final cut, but for those who already know the characters and their struggles, I think you’ll enjoy this.
The concept of the “Dreamkeeper” is one I love for my Life Coaching work, I’m sure you’ll be able to see why.
I invite you to download and read the chapter, and to leave comments below: thoughts, reactions, and so forth. Hope you enjoy it!
Remember: The Goodreads Giveaway is on this month, you can enter anytime during June. I’m giving away 30 copies — you could be one of the lucky winers! Be sure to get on www.goodreads.com to set up your reader account and enter for the giveaway drawing!
Great! Introducing the thought of owning one’s dream, introducing or affirming, is powerful.
Thanks for sharing story progress.

[…] I did. So I created a Dreamkeeper in my book #2 manuscript, to do exactly that for the girls. I just shared the chapter as a preview yesterday to fans of book 1, The Curse of the Neverland. If you are intrigued, click here to visit the blogpost and download the preview chapter. […]
Loved the pieces of anticipatory glances, grumbles and wonderings among the members of the Band; can hardly wait to see where they lead. Thanks for posting this chapter revealing a magical hotspring et al.
Thanks for your comment, Bob! Glad you enjoyed it!
